Open u bag when u’re in the location. Choose a potion and click use. But as I understood some potions, u can't use them. Hr1 to hr2 update when u complete a orc quest. How to update Hr2 to hr3 I don’t know

You can avoid sex by choosing the option without sex in combat. Moreover, it looks like the dev is promising to introduce gender diversity. If he really does it, then you can choose a female and only play against female. Read

Being able to edit the deck as you want is kind of broken. If you remove everything from you deck except for a bunch of harnesses and a body slam you can deal infinite damage on turn 1, it's slow though. I found this combo is infinite on turn 2 still and deals enough to not be painfully slow.
