I can't remember the name but it was a Japanese like game where in the beginning a demon lord gets defeated and teleport to earth. But she ends up in this fat guy's room. She decided stay in this guys apartment and using him by draining him dry because apparently she can gather her magic slowly by consuming his cum. I didn't play that much of it but I can't remember what it was called.

This one was pretty close but unfortunately it's not this one. The demon lord was a dark elf like and I think white hair.
