You first shared your personal experience with the game – that it dragged on, that the dev could have done more, etc. That’s completely valid as an opinion. But then you said that 'opinion and preference are irrelevant', which honestly feels a bit contradictory. If opinions are irrelevant, what was your own post then?
I didn't want to get confrontational as I don't know you, but what I do know is that there are literal apes that take criticism of the things they like as personal offence, and throw their faeces everywhere. I did share an opinion, albeit irrelevant, I did it because I can and perhaps it could lead to interesting exchange of ideas.
You also mentioned ‘objective and legitimate criticism’, but didn’t really explain what exactly was flawed about the game. Vague statements like 'it could’ve gone further' don’t really qualify as concrete critique – it’s still just subjective perspective, just worded more formally.
I would leave that to a review of the game in which I would elaborate on what is wrong in every aspect, but I can say that it's redundant (same same situation / scene / etc.), with meaningless choices (as they all lead to some slight variation of the same outcome, and the whole thing could have just being structured differently), as repetitive writing and void of significant character development (as 5 hours in the FMC is still in awe of the dick of the guy she's fucking and talk of "what if your husband find out" when in reality we're FAAAAR beyond that point in the story).
And when I asked for examples of better slow-burn NTR games – which would’ve helped ground the criticism – you deflected with 'mods might delete it' and 'it doesn’t matter'. If someone wants to call something flawed, I think it's fair to expect a comparison or some elaboration.
Comparison are sketchy, it always become a partisan issue with "my favorite game is better than your favorite game" but on the basis that we are not comparing pears and apples and have an honest conversation about two flawed products, and saying that there are objectively some aspect better than others... I'm all for that, but don't make the rules.
