Am I wrong or this sounds like Plague Inc. but with more steps?

If so, then it is an interesting concept for a porn game but at least for me the appeal of that game was how differently you managed to infect/kill the world with the smallest of changes by going around doing different things. And this game from the description sounds like a single scenario with very limited outcomes...

Cheats (somewhat broken):
Type "motherload" when in main game mode. You should get "cheats activated" message.
After that, cheats can be applied:
ALT+SHIFT+F5 to speed time. Can cause game loss. Repeat to cancel.
ALT+SHIFT+F6 to apply random transforms in quick succession. Can kill host. Repeat to cancel.
ALT+SHIFT+F3 to force a sex scene.
SHIFT+Click on the alpha cell or an upgrade to get instant level up.

I don't think this game can be considered "trans-affirming" if the transitions are being inacted via a viral pandemic. That would be like saying plague.inc was pro leukemia
