tracker says i'm waiting for a seraphina olive branch but i've done all the other festival tasks and waited an extra several days, no movement at all. am i missing something?

It triggers a few days before the festival, after you've finished the prep. Just go ahead and launch the thing if you've done everything else you want to do.

I can't progress the story with these people
Charlie: I was unable to have any conversation with him so I could not confirm his relationship with Rita.
Rita: I don't know how to confirm her relationship with Charlie.
Kiara: I have completed all the storylines with Gemma, but I still can't progress to the next storyline with Kiara
Kylie: Have I missed the opportunity to develop the plot?
Seraphina: Her substory never happened and I don't know how to move forward
I don't know how to advance her substory, and I haven't been able to find her corset.
Please help
An update for one of my favorite games here? Amazing.
Just started a new playthrough from the beginning the day before the update so I might have to restart to check possible bugs in earlier content.

Harriet (Pristine Edge). Find her in the kitchen in the morning, then track her down while working to talk/assist, talk to Piper in the office, build a tennis court for some reason that doesn't seem to serve any purpose, and talk to her and Piper a few more times. Not necessarily in that order.
None of that is very intuitive.

It is just what it said. A dead end and Work In Progress. So we will have to wait for further content updates for that path to expand.
I seem to be stuck with Charlotte. The mission says to send an expedition to Quinns planet, which i do but she can only wander. The promotion thingy was already done, this is the second time i need to send her. Is there a hidden trigger or is it bugged?

Got another bug from an earlier portion of the game which can be easily missed.
It has to do with the mollyfap scene for 'Morning Fun', which is one of her earliest scenes. Will go more in depth in the spoiler below.

So I did manage to progress but am stuck again. Masturbate at night - charlotte. In the morning talk with Charlotte then talk to Victoria. Now I got a message from Victoria that I can meet Charlotte later in my room, but I am not finding any option to progress it further. The guide still says "Offworld meeting". Relax in bed / sleep / masturbation / sneak around does not progress it in the room.
Edit: lol figured it out a few minutes later: Charlotte cant work in the evening and you have to be in your room

This is a browser error. Even if you have plenty of RAM or drive space, your browser only allows a limited amount of storage per site. This limit is usually 5 MB and it can be exceeded if you keep too many saved games (including the autosave) in the memory of the browser.
There are several ways around that:
- Save to disk and keep no more than a handful of saves in the memory of the browser.
- Use Firefox instead of Chrome or Edge. With Firefox, it is possible to go to
about:configand then update the value ofdom.storage.default_quota. The default value of that parameter is 5120 (= 5 MB) and you can easily increase it to 50 MB, for example.
EDIT: the README file for the game Free Cities (pregmod) has a nice explanation for that error. I cannot link to that file directly because some of the pregmod content goes against some F95 rules, but you can easily find it yourself if you search for "Free Cities pregmod" in your favorite search engine.
