Felicity and Emma are twins with the right code, otherwise their clones and that is sufficient for the incest tag even though it isn't a focus in the game and most likely will never be.
I had the same issue, but anal came up as an option in freestyle and that unlocked it for me

Official one, with "proper" APK? No chance.
The official one is using Joplay and the normal version. Inoffical APK release has been done, since after the official was dropped (due to much compression to be in Android file size limit) and are done by thrid parties.

If something like this heppens to my game then I just redownload the game complately. Sometimes the update patches doesn't work well
Keep trying to load another autosave and clicking Rollback or Back.
This should be reported as a bug, I'll fix that.
