I haven't been into these games for very long, and I usually prefer simple games that have walkthroughs (and are completed). Mostly because I play these games after I've already played some other regular games and I'm just looking to chill out. So far I really only look through the Ren'Py catalogue and I'm running out of things that look interesting, what else should I look at for these kind of games?

Sounds more like you're looking for VNs or kinetic novels instead of just RenPy games. While most RenPy games are VNs, there are quite a few VNs and kinetic novels that are not made with RenPy - check out the "kinetic novel" tag on the Latest Updates page while excluding RenPy from the engines tab, and/or including the "VN" label from the "Others" tab.

I do like kinetic novels and most of the games I play are VNs, but I do play some sandboxy type games as long as it's simple.

Well do I have a game for you! (Provided you are okay with a futa protagonist.) You can try out my game if you want something a little different. It's a Futa MC harem game with a focus on humor.

In that case, check out Man of the House and Mystwood Manor - both are management lite games. MotH has needs/time-management (needs can be turned off, but they help discovering scenes at the start), while Mystwood Manor is business management. Both have walkthroughs in their thread.

I don't play games from lazy devs who use AI
Lazy? Geez, you're just full of stereotypes. I've spent more hours on this AVN than a full time job. You do know I have to fix images a lot of the time and AI doesn't automatically give you exactly what you want right? If you really think me using AI means I'm lazy well, I can't change your mind because you're already stuck with that narrative and mindset so I wont bother arguing.

You have such a closed mindset, no wonder you can't find games by yourself.
