This gives me heavy "Cabin by the Lake" vibes, thought it was the same dev.

walkthrough :

In 0.4 so far we have content for TenTen, Ino, Sakura and Hinata and Ramen lady
Part of the progress is to buy costumes for each of them. You can buy only first one , other ones are not yet in game.

To progress with TenTen you need to buy her skill cards (make sure you have free room for them, you can throw away cards when you are in your room), you buy cards from..her. So you buy knife card and then choose give knife etc.

To progress with Hinata you need chunin rank, to get ranks fight with Kurenai (choose promotion targets - harder ones give more points) And then you train with her in the night

To progress with Ino you need to give her special currecy you get from harder enemies you fight on patrol mission (start mission by talking to Shizune - harder missions require higher rank - check above and then go to konoha gate to start mission, cat is sitting on ramen house roof if you need that)

To progress with Ramen Lady visit her at night, kill the customer and then molest her.

To progress with Sakura you need higher rank and then talk to her and roleplay as Sasuke
