i was hoping for seen with governer oliva goodheed since her photo is shwn for chaptre 14. gues it wont hapend b4 ch15 or ch16 if ever. even with low cost of prno magazine i wont use my credits for it just like i dint use my lmited credits for stippers.

He's just building some hype. Obviously he knows a lot of people have been waiting a long time for this. He already said it's on schedule to release by the end of the month, so I would imagine the multiple teasers are a sign things are still on track.

Imo he better make the new chapter "worth" it, or he will get a major lose from his fan, we've or at least I am been waiting and milked for so long, even if it's mediocre it will still look bad for him/her.
