At the risk of my non-existent reputation, I'm going to put out an opinion that will probably have 90 percent of people roast my ass.

NTR games with only one partner/bull are mid. Most of them end up sounding like the average female drama where another guy sweeps them off their feet with their money, looks, or status. Except you're in the position of the poor shmuck who watches it happen rather than the female lead who is portraying it as a fairy tale.

NTR with multiple partners is the true debauchery.

Thanks for coming to my TED talk. :KEK:
Hi dear NTR comrade, I'm one of those 90% who will roast your ass.

No but seriously, while I do find some multiple partner NTR game great like My... , most of those just feel like protitution. The only emotion she feels is "oh, I love sex, they all have better dick than my husband/boyfriend/whatever". You just start to dislike the heroine because she's just a whore in disguise.

This is why I much prefer NTR with only one antagonist where the heroine really fall not only for sex but also in love for the antagonist. You still like the heroine, but she has chosen another person and it feels like she was really stolen from you, instead of her just going into crazy sex mode whenever she see anyone but you in the street in multi-protag NTR where I just feel like "wow, she like sex" and don't really feel anything since the heroine wasn't really in love with you to begin with.

Nice TED talk though (y).

Call me old man but the best ntr I ever played was the vn that was around 2008-2018...it was like a gold age from japan...
Have you played "Sayoko ~ The Summer I Wished Upon a Star"? I can't honestly say it's one of the best NTRs I've ever tried, but fuck me if I say it didn't get to me after many hours of playing. Truly one of the few slice-of-life experiences out there.

In my opinion if you don't have MC you don't have NTR...It's just cheat on female perspective.
At this point something like that has to be pinned and showed on top of every page here.

But it won't change their ways anyway.

'Well it's not set in stone, and if feels like NTR to me, so it must be it.'

'Well it's Japanese term so they now better and when they put the NTR tag over every shitty game to upsell it it must definitely be it.' (that one reminds me of 'Everyone says or does something, so it must be right'. Crap worthy of a 5 y.o.)

'Well NTR means someone being taken away from you when you're 'sleeping' i.e. don't know about that so when a neigbour feeds your dog behind your back and they run away to him eventually it must be it, definitely' (no joking here. And some people even upvoted this shit).

'Well I play an NTR RPG game and move around and fight and make all the choices regarding endings/branches, but oh no I don't self-insert, I'm an omni-potent God just watching the story, but it still must be NTR when some gal fucks around on her boyfriend appearing a couple of times during the game or just being barely mentioned' (every omni-potent overwatching God gets jealous and angsty when some random unrelated gal cheats on her BF/husband, cause this is what NTR is about, right?).

Pathetic. But pointless to argue. As it was aptly put, 'they'll drag you down to their level and beat you with experience'. One more thing comes to mind - Goya's 'The Sleep of Reason Produces Monsters'. Must be difficult to live devoid of logical capabilities -

I wonder if it ever occurs to them that term 'cheating' (that's what's happening when some gal fucks around on her man) has been around for millenia, and 'netorare/green hat' probably for a century or two. Cause the next thing would be to ask oneself - why is that? The new term appearing when there is an older one established? What is the difference here?

Or it would be easy to grasp that stealing is something that is done covertly, without the subject being aware, otherwise it'd have been something different - robbery. So without any dwelling into the ethymology of Japanese term it's clear that 'sleeping' part of it doesn't mean 'not knowing', cause it's redundant, it's sexual as in 'sleeping with someone'. This immediately stops these cats and dogs - monsters produced by the sleeping reason - train of thought from running rampant, to your neighbour or wherever else... Ironically, the guy would persevere and even patronize you saying how complex and nuanced Asian culture and meanings can be and how elusive they are for western barbarians, LMFAO...

Sigh...
