Considering we've noticed that people with faster PCs have had less issues, this is probably actually helping by just reducing the amount of shit your PC is doing when playing the SAO updates. This is probably just a me thing but if I have, for example, a lot of chrome windows open or some other game opened in the background, the game crashes much more than if I only have SAO running.
It's not much of a helpful tidbit, but it is what it is.

Can confirm this, having an insane "PC" to play the RPG Maker+KK game seems to be the 'solution', LMAO, never have had an issue running it on my GPD Win 4 XDI can't remember if earlier versions of Part 2 had less crashes then the recent versions. But I know Fujino made a change to how resources are loaded. Before all the resources are loaded into memory on startup so everything loaded quicker but it took a long time to startup the game if you could at all. Now only the required resources are loaded on startup and other resources are loaded when needed. I think this change caused more crashes because of the frequent resource loading. Having more memory and CPU processing power during resource loading would make crashes less likely though.
Well, for the most part, it's a lack of writing skill. I have a feeling that most solo devs are primarily coders, followed by art designers, with only a few who are actually good at writing. Or they simply don't care about the writing.I do understand that you need a plot point to make the story of NTR happen but man why does writing nowadays in this genre seem to become more and more boring/cliche?
Same reason every story sucks these days. No incentive to change. After countless works creators know what their audience like. While a few people will complain about hearing the same story and tropes, the majority of people will enjoy the familiar. So why take the risk of making something new people won't like but instead make the same story people will like?I do understand that you need a plot point to make the story of NTR happen but man why does writing nowadays in this genre seem to become more and more boring/cliche?
If I could decide the stories for NTR games then I would cut out like 90% text from all of them. I just want to get to the sex/NTR scenes and do not care about any of the "slice of life" or gameplay build up. Simply establish the relationship between the characters and how the loser MC loves the girl that is NTR'ed and that's more than enough for me. People who rather spent time with unrelated gameplay or story fluff instead of wanting to jerk to the NTR is not something I understand.Same reason every story sucks these days. after completing the update clicking on the bird near the black orb in the replay room unlocks all scenesoh, so I guess I can't save in any file except file 5, which is an auto save, because of the same reason. I start a new game like you said but some of the scenes in the recollection room was locked. Is there any way to quickly gain anxiety to unlock them?
Well, to each their own, but a game is meant to be played, or in the case of a VN, to be readIf I could decide the stories for NTR games then I would cut out like 90% text from all of them. Just read doujinshi if you want a quick flap.If I could decide the stories for NTR games then I would cut out like 90% text from all of them. rechecked it exists but still isn't up for saleIt does not exist so no.
I rather take a VN with 10% of the text which is high quality and actually fits with the theme over a VN with 90% more content that ends up being just boring and useless drivel most of the time. Something being long doesn't mean it is good and I feel more Indie creators need to learn this. They just fill their games with pages upon pages of text and busy work just to make it long instead of good.Well, to each their own, but a game is meant to be played, or in the case of a VN, to be readOtherwise, you're probably better off watching ntr movies.
I think most people would prefer a high quality game in general, just the longer a game generally is the harder it is to keep the audience captivated.I rather take a VN with 10% of the text which is high quality and actually fits with the theme over a VN with 90% more content that ends up being just boring and useless drivel most of the time.
