Something very funny happened to me recently: one of my guys asked for 5 grand coffee money and game offered me two options: 1- Pay it for free or 2- Pay if for -3 daily pay.

(Numbers are educated guesses) I have... had a bit more than 13000... which is %30 - %40 of my total money. Aaaand he has to work one thousand and eight hundred days to pay me back in full. Is that it, no, this guy also increased his Charisma and Happiness 1 point... of course he did, he just mugged his boss like a motherfuker.

I'm so in Karen mode right now; I wanna' see your superior, boi!

You can always ignore all of those without any bad consequences. Just click continue without choosing.

Aiko (and Laika) can get pregnant because their TotaLube (lube + contraceptive) is turned off by default.

I am curious, as i never saw the option yet, but, out of the begining trait
Is there a way ingame to acquire commodities such as the tavern?
Like buying a building and turning it as a tavern, or it's only with the trait and impossible to get through questing and buying

You can build a tavern in-game. Go outside your house, look for the tiny plots of land around your house in Redhaven, there's two of them. You buy the lot for $40,000 (as long as your Influence is higher than 1000) and you can build a Tavern or a Workshop on each plot.

Helo from the Urban Titans is a scripted NPC with a unique model. Not as good as Cassius or Truls at fighting. Around as good as the Black Scorpion (Brawler, Warrior, chance to get Malevolent) unless Grim gave Helo a chance to have herculean body in these newer versions/patches.

Which limit? The number of slots available before upgrades? After upgrades? Number of upgrades?

You can only do 2 upgrades per day unless you choose a specific trait in your character build (Engineer, doubles the amount per day)

You can either buy it (market), get it as loot or by setting household members to 'scavenger'

You can buy merchandise? Where? Sounds like an easy Great Mosque donation strat. It's pretty much my only use for merchandise at the moment.
