I dislike how much I like this game, it's hooked me. Really liking the the artstyle and gameplay cycle. Combat seems to be all over the place, or maybe I'm just venturing out in too dangerous conditions.
Seems like it's going to be a long wait for 1.0 but it's worth it for the art alone!

Seems to be intentional. The dev wants you to watch yourself lose a bunch. I don't know how against the mold I'm going for reloading saves on death instead of continuing.

You start learning how to be a glass cannon and fuck everything up if you can stop yourself being set on fire.

And the fucking MYUUSIC

More than once I've been bullied into a corner and stun locked, some areas seem to need a certain approach i.e. using a different entrance. Reloading has been my go to, more out of frustration at my clumsy memorisation of the controls.
There's so much atmosphere in this game, I just want to start making things for my sisters shop. I wonder if we can fill the shop with our goods?

Not really in lore. I do spend a bunch of time picking reel rewards to sell to the shop for several thousands which in theory means they have a bunch of 5 star ingredients but they're gonna pretend their shop is shit.

Oh, oh!

It would be cool if we could influent our surroundings!

(A bit of that is already given in the Game)

For examply by setting reed on fire or flooding areas or something like that!
