Too little game content

It's obvious you've never done this kind of work. Do you know how hard it is to do work of this quality? Sometimes you have to spend weeks on a single animation. Don't compare this to those flat rendered, soulless games you play that don't even have any proper lighting.

Believe me, I would gladly trade this beautiful image for regular updates of the game with the development of the main story, and here the author has been standing still for several years.

The remaster noone asked for, not even unknowningly. AI is not there yet that it can be an alternative to animators, and the game lacks the content that it requires an overhaul. The renders itself were already of high quality, the remaster has added nothing to those. AI helped fill in the background on some freeroam locations, but the added value is questionable.

SuperAlex continues to do everything to procrastinate and avoid working on actual content. At some point his give-a-fck-o-meter reaches below zero and he'll drop plotlines and just rushes to the end, like his previous game.

mp got remastered since dev spent so much time remaking his previous game that mp had dropped off the cart.

Boy, they removed a lot of great scenes including the sex scenes with Iris which were amongst the best scenes in the game. They got rid of the MC fingering Kate while she was sleeping (an all-time hot scene in adult VNs), Kate and the MC at the spa, at least one shower scene with Kate, Alexandra's asleep-but-not-asleep blowjob, all of the bonus scenes save for one, and more. They also removed a bunch of renders from the scene with Alexandra and the Fleshlight. I realize that some scenes won't come back because the pacing is different, but I hope a lot of those scenes return. I don't get why they removed the Iris stuff. Also, there is no harm in keeping the bonus scenes in as non-canon extras even if new ones aren't going to be added.

As to the new stuff...it's good. The game looks better than ever, especially the animations. No complaints there. Everybody needs to chill about the AI videos. The handful of AI animations are all of really unimportant things like the characters blinking or smiling or swaying back and forth. They are the kinds of animations that people complain about devs putting in games because they take time to make but don't enhance the player's enjoyment. I'm so glad SUPER_ALEX didn't waste time making those animations traditionally like he has done in the past as I always found that to be a major annoyance considering how long development has been. None of the good stuff was AI-generated. What SUPER_ALEX used AI for was totally appropriate and other devs should learn from it.

Obviously, the lack of sexual content continues to be a disappointment. I tempered my expectations a lot so I can't say that I was surprised. I was hoping for a handjob from Alexandra/Kate at least, but alas. I will give SUPER_ALEX credit that boob fondling was reasonably hot for what it was and the Kate boob-sucking scene was electric.

The dev said that he didn't finish adding what he was planning to for this remaster but didn't want to push back the release date (the right decision IMO). I wish he clearly communicated what Step 0 and Step 1 stuff didn't make it in and when we could expect it. Is it a couple of scenes and he'll add them in a week from now or is it a bunch of stuff that will be added when the Step 2 stuff is added months down the line?

I have mixed feelings about the remaster but I'm slightly more optimistic than I thought that I was going to be. The progression with the main ladies is a lot more reasonable than it was before which is encouraging because it was the main problem with the game. Fingers crossed that the unfinished part of the remaster is finished and released sooner rather than later.

I'm really hoping that the game takes off from here. Maybe it's cope, but we seem to finally be on-track. The dev just needs to deliver on the lewd stuff. I think Alexandra and Kate are two of the all-time baddies in adult games and it's a damn-near crime they aren't being used to their fullest extent yet. Note: that's the only reason why I don't have them in my signature.

Well said all around, but I wanted to touch on this opinion of yours. I totally agree that this scene, along with . . . well, essentially all of them, are incredibly hot. Like stupid hot and clearly a level above like 99% of games out there. The dev has talent in regard to the renders, imagining sexy poses, and creating sensuality.

Which is why I am so bamboozled with the lack of escalation of the scenes after six years. Were I a dev of these adult games and I had his skills, I would devote all of my resources to making sure I was pumping out more and more scenes, to showcase my talent and bring in more patreon subcribers. In my mind, there is no reason Super Alex shouldn't be a premier developer raking in tons of cash, with arguably the hottest models in the industry. In my mind, I go back and forth on who I think is the best artist in this space, and Super Alex is always in my top 3.

I agree with your take on the AI stuff. But one thing I'll mention, is that sometimes devs go way overboard on adding excessive animations, which obviously gobbles up development time without adding much to the adult scene. I think Super Alex is sometimes guilty of this. To some extent, animations certainly add life to adult scenes, but when there are like a bazillion animations of a simple blowjob from a bazillion different angles, then yeah, that's overkill and wasting development time. All that time developing the excessive number of animations could be spent developing more scenes with one or two animations, thereby pushing the story along. I'd imagine it's a tough balancing act: as a dev, you'd probably want to add just the riiiiiiiight amount of spice to each scene, but you'd also not want to overgarnish every scene, cause then you'd slow overall production to a snail's pace.
