I'm still curious on who's "Mer". The current clues are:

She is not a student - otherwise Mrs. L calling her a "crazy old bitch" as an insult wouldn't make sense, plus she's too well-articulated to be a ~18yo.
She is not part of the school board, otherwise she'd contest when Mrs. L says that the school board is fine with the way that she dresses.
MC doesn't recognise her voice. So she can't be Jo or someone whom the MC constantly interact with.
Initially Lindsey doesn't have Mer's number, and she's puzzled by who Mer is. Mer says that she got Lindsey's phone from one of her teammates, and Mer agrees to meet Lindsey. This means that Lindsey really doesn't know Mer, in real life, otherwise her cover would be blown. Based on that she clearly isn't the nurse, and probably not the janitor either.
Mer is obviously human or passable as such, so no Cyberia.

Who is Mer?

(This is actually a big deal, because Mrs. L desperately needs more scenes and their absence is clearly tied to the mystery behind Mer.)

At first I thought it could still be Jo, despite MC not recognizing the voice. unfortunatly that's just me brainstorming.

This means that Lindsey really doesn't know Mer, in real life, otherwise her cover would be blown.

But even if Lindsey doesn't know Mer, Mer knows Lindsey so for all we know it's someone in one of her classes like gym. I'd say maybe even someone in Kates Posse but that seems way unlikely. It could be she has seen/knows them but never heard their voice.

Then we get to explain why Mrs. L called her a "crazy old bitch", that implies that Mer is older than Mrs. L.
And she's probably not the phys ed teacher either, as it would feel off telling Lindsey "I'm your fan" and then agreeing to meet her.

Another factor is the "Unknown" contact in MC's phone, that is likely Mer. She (yup):

• knows what MC does, pre-time loop ("Completing Castlevania...")
• has love and lust scores (check her phone contact) → she's a woman
• has access to his locker → she's from the school, and probably works there
• found the heart-shaped box "hidden" → she's Mer, as Mrs. L calls out her interference in this event

i just hope it's not isabelle from future or something like this...

A time traveller is a good hypothesis IMO. It would explain why MC doesn't recognise her voice, but she still refuses to meet him (even if she's fine meeting Lindsey).

Just... not Isabelle. If future!Isabelle found the chocolate box, she'd return it to her past self, period.

the reason i said i dont want to be isabelle is because i believe MAYBE this time traveller is the main villain. the MC it self try not to do the same things and do better (just for him or for people around him). he acts different from before. but this person changed things. what if isabelle had a bad future just like mc? if she became cruel enough to steal from her of the past to change things? i see happening, she has potencial for evil just like kate. we see that in the quest before lindsay.

I'm almost sure that Mer is neither a villain, nor Isabelle.
A villain wouldn't remind the MC that his choices have an impact on the ones around him; or get happy (+♥) if MC thanks her for this reminder; or praise the MC for standing up against Kate.

Isabelle wouldn't mention that Flora hates the pre-loop MC, because pre-loop she stayed in the UK, so she wouldn't be acquainted with Flora. At most she'd say "your sister hates you".

Another important detail against Mer being future!Isabelle is in the scene where the MC goes down on Mrs. L. Mrs. L asks her something like "What are you doing here? You never step in my classroom!". If however Mer was a future!Isabelle, Mrs. L wouldn't ask this, because she'd know that future!Isabelle is avoiding present!Isabelle. (That applies to all students that you see in Mrs. L's class, by the way. So if Mer is a time-travelling student, she's either someone who didn't appear yet, or a future Maxine. It's up to debate if the MC would recognise the voice of a future Maxine.)

If Mer was future Isabelle she would probably kill Kate and the MC on the spot when she saw what they did to her past self in Kate route.

That being said the time traveling person is a good theory given the MC himself is time traveling, but he didn't keep his old body though.

Also many hints have been seen about mrs.L being some sorts of succubus/ddmon while Ria (the janitor) might be some sort of angel. So maybe that's more complicated than that

I'm pretty sure all the students are more or less influenced by something at least

Probably not while Patreon's in play. Historically, official patches have resulted in bans.

It's a shame; there are certainly some rough spots here and there that I don't have the writing chops to smooth out.
