yes, go to there whwn val is doing housework on days mentioned in task list.

Hm. That does not help much.
Check To-Do-list für other missions and play on. Some stuff takes some time.
Also check the progress in the gang hideout! You also must renovate the gangs living room. Just visit it a few times in cause you neglected it.

depends how quickly you want, if you can wait a week ingame time then by fucking val and choosing options with ! mark, if don't have time and patience then save editing.

Save editor unfortunately doesn't work for me anymore for some reason, the game doesn't want to load the edited save file
