In my opinion, Riona treats MC better if you choose the neutral option. You can sense the respect in her words, but she disagrees with him and will probably try to seduce him when she gets the chance.

The way I see it.

Some guy at Discord plays with static renders using AI, that thing becomes more scary. That thing still looking uncanny, but when DPC will finish the game, creating your own renders for the game probably will not be a thing anymore. Unfortunately.
