I have played all versions of Chapter 4 (latest version 1.01) (15 endings) but the last special bonus render is still unlocked.
I tried to quit and rerun the game. The bonus is still locked.
Please help. Thanks.

I guess "special bonus render" is locked.
In the walkthrough, it says
"Simply find all 15 of the GAME ENDINGS and the last box will be unlocked.
It will have a special bonus render that we have created for you, our fans!"
When you click the icon "Game Endings", there are totally 16 boxes. 15 endings + 1 special bonus render

it's just group photo of every1 who appeared on this game even lucas and mc hiding somewhere and added with maybe some who didn't appear on game or just briefly.

So what's happen to Aleksandr Ivanovich at the end if I choose "Talk Back"?

Sry but that doesnt make any sense. The last scene was when the Daughter was furious about Rachel....and the next on screen was "You have reached the end of this chapter..."
Unfinished story....

And the last Update has been nearly a year ago what looks more like "abandoned" than "Completed"

game is completed and yes i know what scene you mean since it has been brought up couple times, only solution i can offer is start ch4 by answering to questions asked what did you do on last summer and try to get past that.

339 after Chapter 3 ... guess it should be enough

If I had to guess I would say you got a mod installed that does not match.

Other than that, safest bet, delete the entire Chapter 4 folder, empty recycle bin, reinstall

If you are playing on something other than PC - you needed to say from the start
