Seems like he's working on both. Toph is closer to completion given we've seen a decent chunk of the scenes. Still a ways away though. Gotta refine the lines, colour, voice all that jazz. Need a little patience he does great work.

Hard to tell. He didn't release stuff for a long time (real releasing not just a few pics). And it looks like he is working on 2 projects at the same time which means it will take even longer.
