Hey, if you have the walkthrough enabled ingame, turn it off. This seems to mess with that particular part of the story. Once it is off, go in talk to Cindy again, go to your room and grab medicine, go outside and keep going in the story. That is what worked for me however .

I've tried my best to ensure save files will work between updates, well, they will work - but there's a risk some scenes play out that you wouldn't expect to see.

My personal recommendation would be to have a fresh playthrough for the start of 0.5.0 (that's the next update) this is because chapter 5 is the end and I want players to have the 'correct' ending as to their choices.

It will also allow you to see all the new re-mastered scenes I've been adding so from that point of view it's worth it ^^

I had completely forgotten the game was ending soonish. I still remember when I first played it, what an emotional journey it has been.

Will be in the next update. Auto saves are already present in the game.
