In many respects, this game is pretty good - the management sim is done competently, the girls are okay, there is a sense of progression...

The problem is that this is just a scene unlocker, as others have pointed out. You could've had the same game without any of the lewd content, it's just added in as a side thing presumably to entice coomers. This makes it sorta unrewarding - there's no corruption theme, the lewdness is not part of the gameplay, and the girls themselves are not very relevant to the main story and again unlocking individual scenes with them is a reward for progression, but not integral to the game itself.

To me this is a real drag.

The game is excellent, it has a good amount of content, it is entertaining, the mechanics are simple but entertaining and the game looks very good, the music is nice, the truth, everything is very good in this game, maybe the only thing is that the story has a lot of text and is not very entertaining, so you end up skipping it.

In the H section, the images are made by AI, but they are so well done that it is not a nuisance, plus it has very good animations, all uncensored, in addition, there is enough variety and quantity of scenes, although it could have been better a little more variety, the truth is that it is very good.

Many games that use AI made images should learn from this game, I hope to see more content soon from the developers, and I fully recommend it.

Its a management game, but perhaps not the kind youd expect.

Basically this is a bar simulator rather than a brothel, where the girls arent expected to push out both drinks and the occasional exchange of seminal fluids. You play as generic anime hero no. 4, bar owner who obviously have no family aside from the mandatorily required clingy girl. Soon you find yourself expanding your bar, the brilliantly named 'Dusk pub', and with it comes a harem of females all hanging around your cock.

Gameplay consists of matching hostesses to customer's requirements, clicking stuff that needs to be clicked, but otherwise a non-complex experience where the average 8 year old can figure out without tutorials. Earn gold (runes), ability points (upgrade material), and 'gifts' to increase affection points and uncover more story about each girl.

So , this is not a brothel, you dont 'train' ladies nor pimp them, what exactly is the H then? Well, there are sex scenes, except its more the VN variety. You fuck the girls by pushing spacebar until it stops. Sometimes there are live2d animated scenes where you click on buttons to intiate humping but generally there's nothing here that isnt just a linear spacebar/clicking adventure. For what its worth, its functional but nothing special.

Artwork is generic anime material, which shouldnt be surprising because its AI CG. Good quality, with no obvious imperfections that I can easily spot, but neverthless its generic. Perhaps a small bugbear is that theres really not that many different poses/expressions, despite the fact that the artwork is subcontracted to an unpaid AI tool.

The soundtrack is fine. Im only mentioning this because the game pushes it so much that they decided the best way to play this is with a pair of headphones. But I cannot easily tell you if this is paid music or done with AI.


CONCLUSION

Its definitely a good quality game that'll take maybe about 5-7 hours, assuming youre not just spamming the minigames which bizarrely pays better than the base game itself. But being a management game with H elements does make it compare really badly with the other more established H management games out there, because basically this isnt really a management game so much as it is just a VN. Since your interaction with the girls is entirely disociated with the gameplay, the girls feel more like props, completely ignorable.

If youre gonna play this at all its because the gameplay is fun. But it doesnt hold a candle to other management games like brothel king or jack O nine, far as the H is concerned. 4 stars for the gameplay but 3 for the H elements, and that's only because the AI art managed to give me a boner.

The quality of the game itself is pretty high.

Very well built, with solid passing from VN style to playing style. Multiple mini-games. Images are nicely done (AI CG but the good quality kind).

Problem with this game is the adult stuff.
It feels like you're playing a normal management, slightly boring game with a little dating stuff added with some scenes that aren't anything special. Nothing in the gameplay is erotic.
When I saw bar management I thought it would lean into the erotic side to make profits - nothing of the sort.
Didn't finish it yet but I'm wondering if I should, I have no connection to the employees and since the scenes are just results of "dating"/gifting stuff for affection, it's really nothing but a farm stuff to get scenes type of game in the end.

Good management game.
Its the Yakuza hostess game combined with ero elements.
A good combo.

You progress quite quickly and on the outside map you can expand locations. Draw girls through a gatcha and employ the ones with best ratings. This is just the side branch that allows you quicker progression for your main locale and the story.

The scenes are good but there is a bit of disappointment with "floating dick" nonsense. Still an easy recommend overall.

The gameplay is basically a casino-like point and click, which keeps evolving as you progress through it.
You have other ways to advance in the game if you don't want to focus on getting good with the main gameplay.

Girls are beautiful, with great animations and backstories that progresses.
It could have more content and a little more game time.

this was a pretty good game, not very long, so not much of a grind, about 5hrs for me, became easy once you had virtually infinite money due to opening branches. Girls were pretty generic, but their art was nice.

[8/10] Had a good amount of fun with this one. Art style is nice and managing the pub was okay. A certain mechanic in the game introduced early on allowed me to go through the whole game relying solely on passive income so that did heavily ruin the magic of running the pub but it was still a pleasing game to finish. Scenes were decent too. Some scenes were evidently more detailed for certain girls than others but overall quality was good.

This whole game is Yakuza 0's cabaret mini game. That mini game is really fun and Dusk Pub pretty much copy pastes it. However, it's not as involved as Yakuza 0. There are a total of 9 girls and you can have a max of 8 girls serving your bar at any time. Additionally, there's 5 other mini games to help with resources. Each of the girls has their own mini storyline and two hentai scenes. The hentai scenes are not uniform. There are some scenes that are animated mini games and some that are still pictures with text. The overall story is simple and nothing amazing.

It's basically an R18 version of the Cabaret Club minigame from Yakuza 0, but simplified and with far more distracting animations during the Operating phase. Fills a very very specific niche, but the girls are very nicely designed and decently animated.

Great game, but the mechanics subtract from the eroticism.

It's a well constructed hostess club simulator. It feels like extra care has been directed towards coding the game. Early game is slow and kinda boring, and late game is fast paced and fun. However, the gameplay doesn't have anything sexual in it and takes away from the erotic nature of the game.

Eroticism - 2/5
Sexual content is good, an animation and set of AI CG images per girl with some pretty erotic scenes. However, the gameplay is not erotic, and therefore there is no build up of eroticism. Ideally, gameplay should keep you on the edge or build up to the climax.

Graphics - 3/5
The AI CG is well done. I haven't noticed any inconsistencies like I have in other works nor attempts at hiding hands. Nothing's really wowed me and I can see this style getting old with time, but for now it's fair.

Writing - 3/5
A lot of dialogue that didn't catch my attention, neither good nor bad. So skip.

Music - 2/5
I've heard this music many times. It's good enough to set a tone, but it's overuse is beginning to weigh on me.

Very simple management game with a short and sweet story.

A big plus for me is the minimal grind to the game, and entirely avoidable minigames.

The scenes are somewhat generic but they do look pretty nice.

You get story events with all the girls as you level up their affection, some of them are interesting enough to read through, and all of them are short so it's pretty easy to skip through if you just wanna get to the H-scenes.

Translation is good, no bugs, great.

Finished the game today. Was pretty average in my opinion. You can dismiss the whole Story (ctrl is your friend) because it's kinda whatever.
The Gameplay is kinda fun but loses it's purpose if you have enough passive income. (you still have to do it for another ressource but you can just sit there for the shift)

The animations are okay, just loops with Live2d.

A last point is the slow transition between scenes. If you want to acoid these start the game with Applocale or change your system to japanese. Then the countdown is also working. (shoutout to the guys who mentioned this in this thread)

just completed this game. and the only crash i got war when challenge Potius. i just restarted the game and then i was able to do the challenges. you are forced to lose to him, it is part of the story. and i dont see they big problem with it.

the story is ok, for a porn game. rather consistent compared to some of the porn games out there.

there is too much game and too little porn in it for my taste. but it's not bad, it's above average.

The gameplay is pretty simple, and quite fun for a bar managing type of game, but... it is VERY buggy.
The transitions are very awkward, the in game clock doesnt work, in the VN portion of the game, when the scene changes, there is a huge delay and feels like the game has crashed or something, but you just need to wait for up to a minute for it to load.
There is also a bug when choosing the maids in your team, one of mine just vanished from the options. Also i got stuck at the "challenge potius" mission for some reason. I beat him, but the game tells me that i lose for some reason. Its frustrating.
