Hi.
Thanks a lot for this great port and idea to put Ergi on Android.
I installed it on a Lenovo tab and started the game from beginning. Prologue was 100% OK but starting chapter 1, I had lots of issues (even by ignoring, there were continuous error messages) and could not get it working.
I include one of the message:

Code:
I'm sorry, but an uncaught exception occurred.

While loading <renpy.display.im.Image object (u'Ch1/images/bgs/s1start1.png') at 0x723be7eb50>:

I love the game, although it is a bit too hard ! But characters are great.

Thanks,
Try this and let me know, if it works I'll update the post.

Hi,
Many thanks for your prompt answer and new version. That's really nice.
I just installed it but it unfortunately does not launch, it stops on the first loading screen. I tried a few times, even after fresh reboot... But no success for me. maybe the P11 tab is a bit old and lacks some memory?

In that case you should go back and play each of my chapters one at a time and don't upgrade until you get to the end of the current release.

How does one mod this game? I tried unlocking the console and developer mode in the files but still couldn't activate either.

I would like to change some dialogue and what appeal level I need for stuff. I have no interest in developing feminine appeal nor trying to seduce straight guys but I also want to pursue Anders.

I'm on chp2 of 2-5 if that matters.

I was literally on Masculine Anders route for his playthrough, and it was fine. I even think it would be better for you to go masculine to lower opinion gain so you won't, like, get locked out of gift shop for the rest of the game because your LI opinion is too high (looking at you Jostein).

I don't know how to mod, but honestly, if you do and decided to mod the gift shop, please share the mod to me pretty please.

Hi, anyone can share their saves from chapter 6 or 7 for each Love Interest? Please?

I lost all my saves. I went to start and finish Jostein's route again and I realize I just don't have the time and patience to restart the others.

Chapter 4: Can anyone help how to keep the upkeep low. and how to generate the powers cores faster or shortcut for constructions in the first few days after arriving in undercity. there are literally a ton of side quests and main quests are almost not achievable. i have used bones for Alf but they are not making much change.

what tree are you in? the way to lower upkeep is by fighting enemies in the depot, fjord, and deep cavern, but you can only do that until a certain moment (once you click to fight but there are no message the upkeep has been lowered), then you have to do the lower option instead.

To produce a lot of food, you need to spend that 10 energy to automatically get food in the fjord fields (click the drone on the first screen), and use Valhalla to fight easier enemy I recommend the depot/fjord fight to rejunevate your energy, and also donate your token because it gives a lot of food.

And just in general, if you want to have an easier time in ch.4 you need to trigger a civil war in ch.3 (if you are in civil war, you cannot go straight from the cavern to the tunnel near the garage). It's crazy how civil war is actually making the game easier (weaker enemy and low upkeep). And if you're Alf and not in civil war, you'll have a terribly rough time, like it doesn't even matter if you lower the upkeep through the way I said above. I will go as far to say, if you're an Alf build, you WILL have a horrible time.

Specifically, if you're an alf, you have to build your mechas (and get your free drones during your stay in the alpines) while fighting the easy fights only using the middle row. To get a lot of power, build the lacerate mecha and medic drone, get the two powercores but do not complete the quest, and go to fight a somewhat tough enemy (I usually go to the cute puppy, but if you're more patient than me and have a lot of luck, go for the red eyes wolf), and try to get a lot of crit with Lacerate mecha (medic drone will help you get a crit if it crit but you need power).

If you went down Alf tree, I don't know why you are struggling with constructions since they can massively produce constructions, and it's usually enough for me to build mechas in a few days while I use the middle row for most of the fighting (you will find this to be a trend in Alf build) My tips would be to get as much lumber and steel as possible while you're staying in the alpines. And Alf is usually slower at everything, which is why not being in civil war is horrible because you will have to deal with high Upkeep as well.

Thank you so much for your detailed reply. I am not in the Alf tree. I have chosen Seidr and Valkyrie. I have just tried to play further and I am glad I was able to complete the most of it. I have kept the upkeep down by harvesting food and donating stuff in the cavern, fjord and depot. I have completed most of the quests, too. Including the main like Keeping the promise. Now I have the following quests left. Can you guide me how this lobbying quest will complete? Also, where can I hunt Manning down? attached screenshots carry my stats. And how can I use the rune stones?

Yeah, not being an alf is probably the reason why you're struggling in making construction, but being an Alf would make this chapter considerably harder, which is why, I said this once and I'll say it again, Alf need a rework.

To complete lobbying you need to encounter "3" bosses, marked by their own quests. for that to happen you need to complete everyone's quest and got every cgs that's not part of romance (except for Power Hungry which only require you to fulfill Keep the Promise). Power Hungry is one of the boss fight. For Manhunt you need to go back down to the old lab (which you access through the tunnel, the one before the garage, where most of the sidequests are) the one where you go to meet Alexa in ch.3, and then just click everything until they mentioned Manning once you reclicked it, then go to the room where you trained your Seidr Skill in ch.3

Rune stone is used in a room you access through the Archive (access it through Robotics in undercity). also, remember to save your alloy, runestone, and tech core you found in the bar (room where erland is) cause you might need it in the future

Do you know where can I redeem the bone challenges for Valkyrie? I found Alf in the undercity construction and seidr in the Experiment lab. where can I access Valkyrie? in chapter 3 she used to be in deep woods, but where in Chap 4?

you have to fight in the deep cavern, the one where safe passage was, the mission for henrik.

Story? Depends... it impacts your "patron" God, Gut = Freya, Social = Freyr, and Passion = Loki.

the choice itself does not impact the story (Except maybe in the 1st chapter, where some choices give you extra cg I am not sure about the 2nd or 3rd chapter) other than giving you extra flavor with each God's dialogues (personally, I like Freya's dialogue the most).

BUT, it does give you bonus stat which might impact story elements. Gut gives Fitness, Social gives Will, and Passion gives charm. Generally, some bonus decision are locked behind charm, but there are here and there that are locked behind fitness/stamina. Only a few that are hard locked behind Charm, which only matters if you want to romance Henrik or if you want to recruit a certain someone to be your pilot if you're Alf build. You also do have a way to substitute those stat depending on your class. Like Seidr will increase your Charm at the cost of your masculine stat.

Thanks, but I can't complete Valk quest at the HQ recharge lamp location. Later, I found that the Valk quest was completed at the Outer Walls on the top.

Anyway is this Ullr's Shot quest can only be completed at the end of Chapter?
View attachment 4407495
Hi, would like to share. But you can complete the Ullr's shot in ch 7. If you complete them before ch 8, the conversation with Erland will be different as attached. You can collect up to 9 bones in chapter 6 (4 from throrough quest, 2 from persuasive, 3 by not hacking the dial to exit Alfheimr). Having as many bones will help you completing val's tree in chapter 7.

Unfortunately Jorgen and Jostein don't have poly tag. Only Henrik, Ralf, Erland and Kirk (not used anywhere yet) has it.
Jorgen does not have it, but Jostein do in ch.7, wonder how that will get used. I am more intrigued by the romance scene for Jostein in ch.8 :d
