As Ilhares I haven't played the remastered version but I would guess it is safe to assume that it's only dialogue and not decisions in any way (maybe except for minor phrasing). Would also be way easier to patch.

I have replayed Week 1 (to unlock the Min path that I missed previously) and, with the patch (available in the OP) it plays exactly as it always did prior to the forced changes

Oh, ok, well then my responce would be who gives a fuck? The Steam version is unaltered and anyone commenting on F95Zone has access to the patch that changes the Patreon safe version back to the original version
