This is because the game was significantly reworked from it's original concept (Ryona running around on an island full of ugly bastards that want to ryona her) to make it more male protagonist focused. Yona has to drive the plot forward because she was written as the protagonist, but the game is now sold as a tribal harem simulator where you breed and exploit an army of slaves so the male protagonist gets a lions share of the new H content.

Also the red tiger is the default variant. It turns white when you wash it in a bath.

Though the red tiger is the only one available... you just get the option to clean him from te blood rain.

Also technically they aren't unique appearances but rather alternatives ones since you can have several of those at the same time.

the underground women has sampe appearence except they show the face now. Still have the same sex scene too. Instead walking they were flying and attack using magic which is quite strong actually. thats why i put her as unique version of underground woman.
Werewolf need to be feed with something so they change into bloody werewolf. i lost my save and i still redo everything now. should be the same like bigfoot if i remember correctly. or i just miss remember it lol

There is a guide for the sadako here. The mechanic to change her is hide so well and almost impossible u get her the sadako variant without the guide.
for the food maybe still using human like the bigfoot. if both doesnt work well my bad XD.
edit : ok i was wrong with the werewolf because the bigfoot has the human as his food but werewolf doesnt. maybe the werewolf variant just can be washed to clear his claw

no it doesn't. I've tried blood rain, bathtub, feeding them with the according food per one in fence and freeing them from fence while blood rain. No, its still same

Or build an excavation side in the swamp and assign some captured natives/offsprings there

Technically the Elites are all "variants", elite Fnative is faster, elite amazon has her shield attack, and elite [REDACTED] is a sniper and has a different animation than the normal [REDACTED] with a bow, don't know if there are any elite elder sisters tho, or they are considered elite from the start

they also have greater spotting radius when enemy in their sight and running animation different than normal
