No, I think I’ll switch to the NTS route in the summer, after the first couple of H-scenes with Mila and Kiki. But I might need to do a revision of the old art first and fix them so the style change isn’t so noticeable (if you compare the current art to the art from the NTS route, the difference is pretty obvious). Also, the beginning really annoys me, it feels like it’s poorly written and poorly done from technical side. I want to redo it too. I’m not sure if I’ll take that on or just leave it as it is.
The NTR route isn’t finished, there are still the camgirl, sugarDaddy, Liz routes, and the "ending" without modifications – not only are they unfinished, they’re basically not even started. I originally planned to make the BBC route a bit different, but I ran out of energy. Mila in that route already looks more like just her shell, she’s essentially empty. Writing such a character is hard for me because I try to put myself in the characters’ shoes to make the scenes more emotional and alive, and she in this route feels like a doll or a zombie. I can’t empathize with her or understand what she feels. Guys just toying with her, and she likes that. No conflict, no depth, no drama. Plus, the scenes themselves are technically hard to make – there are a lot of people in the scene, which means a lot of fixes on each piece of art to make sure "everything is in its place." That’s why the scenes feel too mechanical and are incredibly exhausting to produce.
In the BBC bimbo route, I had planned at least one more scene where Mila meets Paul and they talk, kind of finishing off the arc, but I just didn’t have the energy to do it. When I return to revising this part, maybe I’ll add something else and maybe try to lit Mila's inner flames to make her "alive" again.

And in this case, this effect happens when the eye seems to "duplicate." I actually added this effect on purpose and thought it looked cool
I couldn’t find good examples – nowadays it’s really trendy to wear glasses without prescription lenses, but here it’s a bit noticeable on the left eye – it kind of "slides" to the side and down a little. The more the angle and harder the lens - the more it distorts.
But probably I'll fix it someday, because it's easier to fix that then explain this stuff every time.

Maybe some people could dismiss it as that, but the angles are way wrong and the effect is off by an order of magnitude. You would probably need a Lora specifically tailored to the effect, as the angles and refraction rates are complex. The curvature of eyeglasses just don't allow for that extreme of an effect. Eyes can look wider or taller to a rather dramatic degree if you angle the shot really sharply, or you can get an effect where it kind of looks like there might be two eyelids, but the eyelid effect would be less extreme than even the left eye in that photo.Hmm... Just to be clear here, I don't think this is bothersome enough to worry about, if it were me I wouldn't go back and fix past scenes or anything, I am just a science nerd and feel the need to explain since someone brought it up. I wouldn't be surprised if the person who mentioned it wears glasses as well, since seeing yourself in the mirror everyday gives you an intuitive sense of that kind of thing.
My wife wore it when we met, before we did the surgery and fixed that. So yeah I made it more on memory. And yeah it's probably will need a Lora for that, which sounds like too much hassle for couple CGs, and I'll just fix that to look like there is none glasses at all) Somewhere in summer maybe)

I like the way you feel the character, putting yourself in it's shoes. I agree 100% what you say, once a game reaches some point of depravity it's difficult to keep showing the character's personality at every new event... It becomes just a hard sex challenge. That's why the precursor moments before that peak comes is so important.
Since you are so good building alternative paths, I would suggest something if you don't mind. You said you feel Mila's personality empty at some point of the BBC route, maybe you could use exactly this hook during the couple conversation, when Mila opens her up to Paul and he decides to support her in some way to make her happy again (this would change the BBC NTR into NTS, but who cares about the nomenclature
). Then she drags Paul to her world, bringing back to Mila that spark that did lose along the way. Both would feel alive again at their own way, with Mila doing the utmost depraved sex that she never imagined, and Paul living with his new reality .You don't have permission to view the spoiler content.

One way to follow BBC would be to add a bondage path instead of just orgies with multiple characters involved. Sometimes less is more. You can use BDSM scenes so the character can experience different things on their journey. At least, of course, include that type of fetish in the sugar daddy route.
The BBC route was a bit rushed. Perhaps the problem was rushing the orgies. Considering that you presented a business we know nothing about, and a building with several floors where things happen, you were able to explore that world she knows nothing about a little more. The fear of the unknown is also an interesting route to explore. You could have made her question her decision by seeing and experiencing more extreme things, since you talked about mafias, politics, and other things.
Perhaps a route that stems from the BBC after having sex with Dick where that business can be explored. They don't necessarily have to be all black.
Hey I bet plenty of people asked you that already but you stated that you use Pony Diff to create your images. Do you work a lot in Img2Img tabs to create your art ? + What UI do you use? A1111 ? Forge? What is your go to Lora that you use in most of your pics? I myself started creating some stuff and have plenty of fun. Was just wondering.

Yeah, I’m not really happy with the early-game pacing or how it's handled technically.
I’d really like to start things off with better renders and a better look at where Mila and Paul are emotionally at the beginning.
No idea when I’ll get around to it, but I definitely want to fix it someday
I’ve got a small guide in Discord with a sample prompt — it’s public and available to everyone.
It’s a bit outdated by now, though. I just haven’t had the time to write a new one for every update to my workflow.
I use several models — pretty much moved away from pure Pony. These days my go-to is the Illustrious family.
I use a mix: realistic, cyberrealistic, and mix at different stages of the process.
For refiners I usually go with Ponyfaetality on very low denoise, and I switch around 0.7–0.9 depending on the base model.
I also use a lot of Photoshop, references, and third-party generation tools (like ChatGPT-style stuff — though honestly, the censorship there is straight-up bonkers.
Sometimes it won’t even let me generate completely SFW stuff for god knows what reason. But hey, at least it helps with building complex compositions and backgrounds from the right angles. So that’s something.)
As for UI — I still prefer A1111, even though people keep saying it’s outdated.
For me, nothing beats its inpaint workflow — everything else is clunky as hell or messes up the style.
I use the default vanilla UI, with just one extension for setting custom aspect ratios.
I’ve got links to some of my LoRAs in Discord — the standard pony-style one, plus a custom Mila LoRA.
I also trained LoRAs for Paul, Kiki, and Liz, but I haven’t made those public yet.
Here’s my basic workflow: – First I sketch out a draft using references or draw one manually.
– Then I run img2img at 0.2–0.3 denoise.
– Fix stuff in Photoshop.
– Run another img2img pass at the same denoise.
– Repeat that cycle a few times until I’m happy with the composition and anatomy.
– Then I use inpaint to fix limbs, clothes, faces, and smaller details.
All in all, it usually takes around 150–200 generations per image, give or take.
Sometimes it goes faster if the reference is spot on — usually composition is the most time-consuming part.
But sometimes I spend hours just trying to get the right emotion, and that turns into 100–200 inpaint passes just for the face, until it finally hits the right note
