For marriage Kira wont accept only your Mom and Girlfriend (Alice) will accept

Kira will accept the marriage proposal if at the beginning you won the race (running) against her, but didn't ask for anything at that time from her, so you had one wish she had to fulfill...

There's also some requirement for mom - in my playthrough she turned me down when I asked her.

My suspicion is that you need to be on her love route rather than her corruption route, but I don't really know for sure.

Lots of folks have asked for this, but I don't see it happening anytime soon. Maybe the Dev will release the game on Steam, make lots of money, like they deserve, then do a guide as paid DLC. That would be awesome.

The rating of this game is baffling, a joke, a lie or combination of all three. Some DUDE gave it 5(A PERFECT SCORE) stars, THEN criticized it. (THATS NOT HOW PERFECT WORKS) I trust when others repeatedly say, "Eh there is a problem with this part of the game" (in this case the dialogue) SO WHY 5 STARS on so many reviews? I'm calling bullshit
