Ren'Py - No Mercy [v0.91] [ZeratGames]

Reviewing as of 0.804, it took me around 3 hours to play through it, it might not have been a long time, but I can definitely say I had a great time.

The story wasn't anything too complicated, blackmail your (step)mom into obeying you. I thought the progression was good, you get into the action pretty quick, there's some minigames sprinkled throughout which can be a bit annoying, but it's not so bad and there are multiple difficulties to pick from if you don't want to deal with them. Scenes are hot and so are the characters. 10/10 will keep an eye on this.

NTR FEATURE IS NOT ONLY IN THE PROLOGUE. I Like the story until the chapter 6. Chapter 6 i have a problem with. First why no clear guide or even a walkthrough for this game it take me more than an hour just to find the bonus scene. When i start chapter 6 i do not have money so i thought i skip it....then the game just finish for chapter 6. I might mistake this but even though i do not share her mom with him why the hell that i still getting ntr that does not make sense. Why right now a lot of mc that a Chad in previous update become a pimp next update .

This game actually feels like u r playing a realistic Incest game.

The female character is cute, adorable and fortunately not a whore. She feels alive, has a heart and worries about her actions and dignity not like those games where u get a readymade slut. This is a big fucking plus for the game

Games like these are the reason I open F95 everyday, truly a hidden gem. Loved the choices and consequences, stepmom love route could be more rewarding but its not the end so let's see.

Not a fan of NTR but if its necessary for the story I don't mind really, good going.

"Episodes 1-3 were absolutely phenomenal—5/5! However, the quality started to decline from Episode 4 onward. It felt rushed, and so much potential was left unrealized. That said, I understand how challenging it is to craft a compelling story.

For a first project, I’m thoroughly impressed by the effort and pace of release. I’ll definitely keep an eye out for the creator’s next project and would be supporting it, especially if it piques my interest.

Wow. This is I think my first review. This game is incredible. First time I see that especially with Ren'py.

Characters are nice especially the "stepmom" who is beautiful, story is dark, there is not too much useless dialogs like in many games, sex scenes are great.

If you're into corruption/incest games I highly recommend No Mercy. Keep in mind though that, while there is a softer path, your character is basically a sociopath so if you're not into darker protagonists this may not be your cup of tea.

The gameplay is your typical Ren'Py novel, with branching paths and a point system based on your decisions. Unlike some games, your choices do impact the game with both dialogue and H-Scenes being impacted. The graphics are pretty much top notch for what you'll find on this site, and the H-Scenes are animated.

Well made Ren'Py that deserve its scores. At first I thought it's just the vibe of the game that's just a little bit rapey but no, this is actually a game that put an emphasis on rape and with such a mean spirit to it.
And by this alone, is, of course going to turn some people away. I wouldn't really say I'm a fan of it. especially when it's such a mean spirit. But I did enjoy the game when it's not extreme. I guess it's really depend on your preference.

Intense is probably the best word to describe this VN. "No Mercy" perfectly summed up of how the story goes and I'm loving every bit of it.

The mom (or stepmom) cheated on the kind husband and got caught by her son (the MC), what did she do? apologise? nope, she didn't feel sorry about the affair at all, instead she's annoyed that she got caught. She underestimated and looked down on both her husband and son until the MC starts to break her.

The sex scenes are top notch with fluid animations, definitely one of the best I have ever seen. The story is quite simple, no overcomplicated plot and drama.
Solid 10/10 for me, I can't wait to see more.

Really good at what it's trying to do. The writing is interesting and there is a decent amount of gameplay in trying to figure out the responses required to max out the game's little points and get cool scenes/variants in return

The character designs are nice, renders are good, animations are nice, most scenes in the later half have good sound and the only real complaint graphically is that maybe the detail texturing is a little soft and stuff looks plasticky sometimes.

Worth a try if you're into anything con/non-con/erosion of boundaries

One of the better games I've played in 2024, the content in this game has is a combination of good renderings, writing, choices, and somewhat logically consistent dialog of what blackmailing a "stepmom" would be like.

I never felt the dialog was too out of balance. There are gameplay elements here that does encourage exploration due to the number of scenes.

The only thing really missing is NTR (consequences makes the games more fun...for example losing the bathroom fight). IMO the highest form of domination of Nicole would be to have her sell her pussy / fuck men she doesn't want to fuck.

There's fun in having an exclusive slut, but a real slut would do whatever you want. Including blowing people at the bar. Some games I've played make a feminist prideful woman do degrading things and that's fun. That's the highest form of female domination in 2024.

This game is really good. It really feels different from the generic incest game and has a kick to it.

Good reanders, great animation, good story, criminally good lewd scenes. The execution of this game 11/10 for how hot it is.

If your thing is domination, this AVN checks a lot of boxes. The animations are great, but could use a few more angles per scene (a lot of the blowjob scenes are too close or too far - add a mid-range scene). The domination dialogue is great, but the English could use a little work. The story has a nice build until about Chapter 4 were everything just kinda falls apart (I mean, this AVN was kinda believable until Tommy joins in on a spit roast of his mom). Maybe it comes back together again in the end, but I doubt I'll revisit b/c I lose immersion due to the choppy English.

More like 4*, but its got a lot of content and the graphics and writing are pretty good. Not a riveting story but it does what it sets out to accomplish.

What holds this back is that you get locked out of a lot of content based on choices, and there isnt a walkthrough. It is also impossible to get all achievements in one playthrough, which doesnt make sense. This is not a game where you should need multiple playthroughs.

Good Points
+ There was 3rd wall-breaking kind of scene about kissing and it was funny.
+ The game has avoidable/choiceable different kinks/paths, and even it's not too many dialogues are a little bit different depending on your choices as well.
+ Sex scenes have animations, and they are decent.
+ MC's ''step'' mother looks decent, even tho she need some improvements.

Bad Points
- There is no grand/big/main story at all and it just fully revolves around MC going after some women, corrupt, and having sex with them, which is kind of boring.
- The game lacks a love path, and current dom-lust paths feel nearly the same, so we can say the game lacks variety.
- MC's ''step'' mother looks good, but character-wise she is not really likable, she is quite a classic ''Women'' example, so stupid that it makes you wanna die from cringe, especially with how she constantly talks about how terrible MC is, calling him to creep, etc, yet forgetting everything happened because of she is being a whore who cheat on her husband, not acknowledge her shitty behavior, and act like she don't deserve to blame, and it was just bored-out wife behavior, etc. And if this is not enough we even learned she had cheated on MC's father while they were dating and not married as well, bruh...
- We have built-in tips called ''Easy Mode'' and it disables extra/bonus scenes, which is nonsense, they are just tips tho, though they are not good as a walkthrough and you can still miss the scenes, and they don't even fully work, most of the times they don't show to tips they should directly, what worse is there is a mod called ''story'' mod and it has everything cut, it's just pointless to make story mod and cut all the content, how is that supposed to give ''story'' to players?

- Most girls/women either look bad or look uncompleted. First of all Eve's face looks too old for her age, and even kind of ugly, her tits are unnecessarily saggy, and weirdly enough MC keep calling them fat/big, etc, even tho they are not, they are even kind of small, especially too small for her frame and hips. Secondly, Tommy's Mom hair looks terrible. Then we have MC looking ugly, and kind of creepy. And lastly, MC's ''step'' mother can use some curves, like a little bit bigger and rounder tits, she was supposed to be the main girl and the MILF, but even tho she has kind of sexy auro she is not living up to her role enough with her body.
- Sex scenes have animations, but they are average at best, their physics & quality need improvements. And they can use better positions/angles as well, current ones don't look that appealing.
- Render quality needs improvements.
- The game needs better proofreading.
- The game has some forced choices, like episode 5 final choice blocking MC from having sex with his ''step'' mother if he chooses to stay with his ''step'' aunt.
- Having no option to not let Nicole dance alone was quite nonsense, seriously all those nonsense choices can block scenes exist, but this is not? And it ends up with a perv dude taking her into the toilet? BRUH.

For The End
Some details about the game are a bit poor, some are good and some are average, when I look at the whole picture I can't say it was bad enough to not spend time playing, but same time it wasn't good enough either, if some bad points get fixed in later updates I might raise my rating, but for now, I will be giving 2-star rating.

Lots of choices that actually matter, the dialogue could be improved but it's still a great game. The model of the mom is gorgeous, the lighting and posing of the scenes are also good. Can't say anything about the sound, I play all of these games muted.

A bit of a rapey game. But the game itself is very good.

Pros:
1) Great renders. The stepmom looks gorgeous.
2) Great plot. It seems to be heading somewhere.
3) Amazing POV animations. Finally, someone who knows how to do POV right on this site!
4) The characters have depth to them and aren't mindless zombies.
5) MC is interesting.

Cons:
1) I thought the "Lust" path wouldn't be rapey like the "Domination" path, but I was wrong. 2) It looks like there are lots of paths based on the dialogues, but the game still wants you to pick certain dialogues and play a certain way to succeed.

Overall, the game is pretty solid and is fresh. I just hope there will be more serious branching opportunities based on your choices.

Great Renders, and I don't mind the darker story at all. This game, in my opinion, is too reliant on selecting every right answer, and it's not all that intuitive to me.

There's something of a walkthrough on the main page, but the dev changed stuff and it's no where near complete. If you need a step by step walkthrough in order to not miss scenes, I'm probably not the biggest fan of your writing style anyway.

There's an easy mode in order to skip the bullshit, but then you miss "bonus scenes" which means you don't get the full experience unless you do the bullshit anyway.

Making the points needed easier to get to unlock more scenes, or give the player more control on how they want to play would make this game 4 or 5 stars imo.

Very entertaining and love the outlook so far.

One of those games where I wish there was an update every week really.
