I doubt Inoda could find out about Suguha's time stop ability. If it only targets a single target then sure Inoda could easily go invis and spy on Suguha. But it is area of effect so if Inoda was able to see them then he would be affected too. Sinon was only able to to move because she had a counter skill.

Also as 4-kun said Suguha is not stupid unlike Inoda.

Kind of excited how things would play out after what Inoda did to Liz. Does he get punished or will Liz get to be tricked again? As for Suguha, now that Liz is about to get out of the way between her and Kirito, she'll probably be more aggressive and will actually make a move on Kirito even without using the time-stop ability. You are mixing things up a bit. Sugu just put them to sleep, brought Liz to the ward and wrote a warning that she wan't let Liz play dirty on Kirito. It was Inoda who used duct tape, throw Suguhas note away and made his own to make it look like he was forced to rape her.
