During the ruins event, you have to watch the scene
If you already did that part, IIRC you can go to the dev room and at bottom left there's a door that should let you rewatch the event

I'm almost with the girls pokedex thing complete, I just can't find Maki in Wano Village (for the bath scene), I searched everywhere but I couldn't find her. Maki should just be where you find both Wano Village sister battling, and Akira's swimsuit event should be at Harbor Town's heal center

Unless you're playing a very early version of the game, there should be a map at the entrance of every town.
